At NNLPD, we believe volunteering is not just about helping, it’s a two-way exchange where everyone has the opportunity to grow, learn, and change the world together with the team. Being a volunteer means choosing to share your time, knowledge, and skills.
We don’t see volunteering as unpaid work. For us, it’s first and foremost a partnership based on shared values and interests. That’s why it’s important for us to get to know each other and understand how we can be helpful to one another.
