We organized a “Meeting for Change: on the same page” with our partners, Платформа гуманітарних НУО в Україні, to discuss partnership, trust, and the power of working together.
For us, partnership is not about formal agreements; it’s about shared ideas, vision, and the willingness to move forward together.
We discussed the importance of data for organizations, listened to stories from local initiatives, and explored a key question: how can we pass on, not lose, initiatives?
Insights from our participants:
- “Digitalization and localization allow us to reduce costs and increase the impact of aid here and now. When donors required prescriptions for medicines in frontline areas, it complicated our work, so we explained the importance of accessibility because our goal is not numbers or reports, but Mrs. Halyna, who finally received her medicine.” – Svitlana Krynytska Liki24 Foundation
- “International organizations give us the most valuable things – trust and the freedom to act in real contexts. Donor flexibility makes assistance more alive and effective.” – Oksana Stolokos, NGO Center for Social Partnership
- “Organizations shouldn’t compete, but coordinate. We can be interchangeable, share projects, and unite in networks and alliances to achieve better outcomes for beneficiaries.” – Anzhela Hrytsiuk Partnership and Development Manager, Mission Kharkiv
- “Today, the key is not competition, but coordination. The knowledge we gain through cluster meetings and partnerships is the key to stronger, more sustainable solutions.” – Serhii Kolesnyi, President, Charitable Organization Shchedryk.
Many thanks to our partners!
