“With great responsibility comes great power. That is, when you take responsibility for your life, you become stronger. When you take responsibility for your family, for your community, for your city, for your country, you become a superhero,” Oleksiy Kovzhun, media expert, political consultant, host of the media outlet ‘Grunt’.
We have gathered 60 superheroes who are not afraid to take responsibility despite all the challenges of today. They are actively working for change in their communities and doing it very well. Not only we see this, but also our partners, which gave us the opportunity to attract 13 new teams of Youth Banks.
The conference became a place of acquaintance and joint learning. For three days, young people shared their experiences and worked out in detail all the stages of the YBU model. The speakers were representatives of YBUs in Vinnytsia, Boyarka, and Svitlovodsk. The girls have been active participants in Youth Banks for over a year and know all the details of fundraising, community needs analysis, and project competition.
Oleksiy Kovzhun inspired the youth to think during a lecture on planning for the future in uncertain times, and Kateryna Lysychenko shared her important experience in working with large partners.
