“Coordinator Hub”: a space for the development and support of MBI coordinators

Last week, the first offline conference of the Coordinator Hub took place. How can an MBI coordinator grow to support young people in their community even more effectively?

To address this, we launched the Coordinator Hub – a space for the development and support of Youth Initiative Bank (MBI) coordinators. This environment allows coordinators to reflect on their personal journey, exchange experiences, work with experts, and shape their vision as agents of change in their communities.

During the conference, participants:

  • learned about updates in the regulatory and legal framework of youth policy;

  • explored the MBI model and the coordinator’s role at every stage;

  • developed individual professional growth plans;

  • worked with tools for facilitating team processes.

Beyond these important program blocks, coordinators also danced, completed quests, and shared experiences. After all, the Coordinator Hub is not just about learning and tools—it is a community that fosters informal communication, mutual support, and a sense of teamwork.

Looking ahead, coordinators will have regular meetings, individual consultations with experts, and access to new tools for working effectively in their communities.
