To create positive changes in society, to help active people change the lives of Berezan and its residents for the better.
The Berezani Community Foundation is a separate legal entity that started its work as an initiative group in 2009 and was officially registered on July 5, 2012. It works exclusively for charitable purposes, promotes the development of local charity through the involvement of community members in charitable activities. We are independent, non-religious, non-governmental and non-political. It is important for us to analyze events and moods in the community impartially, to understand its problems and needs.
- Cooperation between NGOs and the government - improving the quality of life of the community” (the program has been in place since 2015). The goal of the program is to establish a mechanism of partnership interaction between the community, government and business to organize specific social citywide and regional projects; to mobilize local NGOs and initiative groups of citizens to implement joint initiatives and projects.
- Program “MINE”
The goal of the MY program is to promote youth leadership development and youth participation in community life. The program includes:
- Training programs in public administration, social design, financial management.
- Supporting the implementation of youth projects and providing grants.
- Involvement of socially vulnerable youth in active activities.
- Organizing holidays and events for young people.
- Meetings with successful people and exchange of experience.
- Conducting opinion polls and public discussions.
- “Safe Community” is a program of cooperation between the community, the police, and the authorities (the program has been in place since 2017).
- The work of the Malva Women's Club (since 2011).
