The Coordinator of the “Youth Initiative Bank” program, Nikoleta Snisar, participated in a Ukrainian-Polish youth exchange as part of the “Cross-border Skills Exchange” project, initiated by the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange Council, the Level Up organization, and Development and Initiative.
The training took place from October 5 to October 11 in Łódź, Poland.
Main Goals of the Project:
- Enhancing digital competencies among young people;
- Improving knowledge and skills in existing tools that offer a wide range of opportunities for implementing creative ideas;
- Promoting youth mobility on an international scale and fostering relationships with neighboring countries, with a focus on Poland;
- Strengthening active citizenship among young people both within the community and internationally;
- Providing participants with the opportunity to unlock their creative potential to improve their social and economic prospects in life;
- Encouraging young people to collaborate with organizations, contribute to the development of the third sector, and engage in e-volunteering;
- Gaining new skills and competencies in working with digital tools such as Pixton, Animaker, Powtoon, Canva, AuctionBound, and Genially.
