The National Network for the Development of Local Philanthropy (short name: Philanthropy) is a network organization that unites community foundations across Ukraine. We work to develop local philanthropy and volunteering, activate community members, and support civic initiatives.
We’re currently looking for a:
This is a key position on our team, responsible for effectively securing funding and building long-term relationships with donors and partners.
Securing funding for operational activities and individual projects.
Managing existing partnerships: building strong, long-term relationships with businesses and donors; maintaining regular communication, reporting, and providing updates to partners.
Engaging new partners: developing and implementing strategies to identify potential partners; attending events, conferences, and professional meetings; identifying business partners to meet organizational needs.
Grant writing: drafting applications together with project managers, preparing budgets, and aligning documents according to donor requirements.
Crowdfunding support: coordinating and analyzing crowdfunding campaigns, quickly responding to urgent fundraising needs.
English proficiency of B2 or higher (both spoken and written).
Proven experience in a similar position, with measurable results.
Experience writing grant applications and working with donors.
Ability to design and execute fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns.
Experience in engaging business partners and negotiating effectively.
Skills in budgeting and financial reporting.
Strong business communication skills and ability to prepare relevant partnership proposals.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
Results-oriented mindset.
Organized, self-disciplined, and a reliable team player.
To stay effective in this role, you must be willing to travel within Ukraine and internationally when required.
